Our Story
Nick 'The Viking' as he is lovingly known by family, friends and clients due to his appearance and Viking values and ethos.
Nick is a fully qualified Sports therapist and Personal Trainer, working in various roles applying his extensive knowledge and expertise. Educating others as a lecturer, and working with sports teams, academies and individuals.
Passionate in ensuring accurate technique and movement is applied, with an exceptional eye for detail in ensuring that each client turns Pain into Performance. Nick decided it was time to venture out solo and Viking Rehab and Fitness was born.
